I always knew I wanted to create art, and finally, I started about ten years ago. My creation gravitates toward discovering treasures hidden in plain sight. Fortunately, I like to paint portraits, so there is plenty of inspiration there. The "Community Makers" collection comprises six portraits permanently displayed at the Sumner Learning Center, Sullivan, ME. The collection of four portraits, "Schoodic Art for All Founders," resides at Hammond Hall. Finally, "Maine Harvest," honoring migrant workers, resides at the Sullivan Town Office building in the RSU 24 Adult Ed hall. I do like to diversify painting seascapes and landscapes.
The future of my art will be an ethical blend of AI-generated images complemented by human skill.
